FBI agents on Tuesday raided more than 20 business in Minneapolis as part of a sweeping fraud investigation into Somali-owned business. Among the locations raided was the infamous "Quality Learing Center," a purported daycare center that was at the center of fraud allegations that surfaced late last year.

“Today, the FBI, with federal, state and local law enforcement, is involved in court-authorized law enforcement activity as part of an ongoing fraud investigation,” the Department of Justice said in a statement to Fox News. Vice President JD Vance, who was named fraud czar by President Trump earlier this year, weighed in on the raids, writing on X, "The task force and the DOJ will be relentless in exposing these fraudsters wherever they may be hiding."

Citizen journalist Nick Shirley exposed the the "Quality Learing Center," which notably misspelled the word "learning" in its very name, in a video he posted of himself investigating businesses in Minneapolis in December. Shirley found that the center appeared to not be providing any of services it claimed to provided -- despite receiving $1.9 million in taxpayer funding. The center's owners have denied wrongdoing.

Video captured by Fox News on Tuesday showed FBI agents serving warrants at 22 locations throughout Minneapolis, including other businesses claiming to provide daycare services. According to Fox News, the investigation is not related to immigration violations.

The city, of course, was the site of violence as the DHS sent a surge of ICE agents there to arrest and deport illegal immigrants earlier this year. And Minnesota as a state has faced a major Medicaid fraud scandal that was so widespread it caused Gov. Tim Walz to abruptly abandon his bid for re-election after it came to light.

Below, watch a clip of FBI agents leaving the "Quality Learing Center" after collecting evidence there on Tuesday morning.
