Jimmy Kimmel headlining pricey fundraiser for Democrats next month in L.A.

Late-night host Jimmy Kimmel is set to headline a fundraiser for House Democrats next month in Los Angeles. Minimum cost of admission to the event is $25,000. The most expensive ticket, the "Jeffries 300," is priced at $310,100.

Kimmel is listed as a "special guest" among a parade of other co-hosts led by Nancy Pelosi and Hakeem Jeffries, and other high-profile Democrats who have committed to attending the fundraiser on March 10. A venue has yet to be revealed, according to the invitation sent out to potential attendees.

Last September, Kimmel was briefly suspended by ABC after his incendiary remarks about Charlie Kirk supporters in the days after Kirk's assassination on a college campus in Utah. Kimmel's comments drew widespread condemnation at the time. It seen as the latest example of Kimmel deriding conservatives, a staple of his show. He has also been staunchly supportive of liberals as his late-night show has skewed increasingly political over the last 10 years. 

More recently, as Dave Rubin pointed out on a episode of The Rubin Report last week, Kimmel had a rare moment of clarity that was really just a self-own exposing how liberals automatically oppose Trump and conservatives no matter what.

Suddenly, as the Super Bowl approached, liberals were Bad Bunny fans. Middle-aged suburban moms who don’t speak a word of Spanish were suddenly Bad Bunny fans. Kimmel, to illustrate the point, expressed his admiration for Bad Bunny -- even while admitting he couldn’t name a single Bad Bunny song.

Kimmel last year celebrated the attacks on Tesla dealerships leftist vandals who opposed Elon Musk's DOGE cuts lashed out around the country. With the fundraiser for House Democrats, Kimmel is further cementing himself as a leftist partisan.
