Duplicitous Democrats using 'dirty' deception again -- this time in Maine senate race

Desperate and duplicitous Democrats coast to coast are deploying dirty tricks in an effort to win midterm votes and tip the balance of power in Congress heading into the second half of President Trump's second term. From Alaska to Maine, the deception is real.

The latest example involves a Maine voter and small business owner named Kelly Kusnirak, who describes herself as a longtime Republican. In the spring of this year, she told The Robinson Report, she was approached about appearing in a campaign ad for Susan Collins, the Republican incumbent senator.

“I said yes because I support Susan,” Kusnirak told The Robinson Report. And she allowed a videographer to come into her laundromat and shoot footage of her discussing affordability and jobs issues facing the state. What happened next shocked her, because she made no such appearance in a campaign ad for Susan Collins. Quite the opposite, instead.

“I had no idea that months later my face and my words would show up in an ad for her opponent. I feel like I was duped,” Kusnirak said. The ad turned out to be for Collins' new opponent, Troy Jackson, a state legislator who replaced Graham Platner, the previous senate candidate who was felled by a flurry of problems including a Nazi tattoo on his chest as well as allegations of sexual misconduct.

Kusnirak said she had no idea that the ad was in support of Jackson, or that it even had made it to the air, until a friend saw it and informed her. She said the duplicitousness augurs how Democrats will govern if elected, and she made clear that she supports Collins -- not Jackson.

“If they’re willing to trick me into being in one of his ads, they’re willing to trick you into voting for Troy Jackson,” she said. “These are dirty tricks, and I think Mainers deserve better. I want to set the record straight: I am voting for Susan Collins.”

“If they’re willing to mislead me, how far will they go?" Kusnirak added. "And, you know, when will it end?” As Dave Rubin put it on Thursday's show when he was reacting to the ballot-stacking scandal in Alaska that Democrats are mired in, "There is no low that is too low."

Below, watch a brief portion of an interview with her.
